Year 9 Parents Evening

Year 9 Parents Evening – Thursday 10th May 2018- 3.45pm to 6.30pm

Dear Parent/Carer,

I would like to invite you to the Year 9 Parents’ Evening, taking place on Thursday 10th May 2018 between 3.45pm-6.30pm.

It is essential that all parents/carers attend this evening because it provides you with an opportunity to meet with your child’s subject teachers, to discuss progress towards targets and their expected outcomes for the end of Year 9. This is also your opportunity to find out how your child is currently performing and, more importantly, how you can best support them on their academic journey.

As the Progress Leader for Year 9, I will be present, as will the pastoral team to address any concerns that you may have.

Information about the current GCSEs and revision materials will also be available to purchase.

We encourage that you will be able to attend with your child, who should be dressed in full school uniform.

Refreshments will be available on the evening.

If you need further clarification on any matters associated with the above, please do not hesitate to contact me.

We very much look forward to seeing you at the Parents’ Evening.

Yours sincerely,

Ms R Thomas

Progress Leader for Year 9
